  15.      If no options are given, _p_s_i_f_c_o_n_f_i_g will show the configuration of the
  16.      packet scheduler for the specified interface.  A system administrator can
  17.      also set some configuration parameters.  The interface name must be
  18.      specified.

  22.           Set the reservable bandwidth on the specified interface.  If the
  23.           current reserved bandwidth is greater than the new bandwidth
  24.           setting, no new reservations will be accepted.  However, the current
  25.           reservations will remain.

  28.           reservations on this interface, they will be immediately turned off.
  29.           This can be used as an emergency shutoff of the packet scheduler.
